Ballroom

Our Ballroom is the most popular room for renting at The Center. With over 4,800 square feet it boasts of seating 300 people Reception style and over 400 Theater style. In addition, the room has a high performance wood floor and variable atmosphere lighting. Movable partitions are also available that will divide the 4,800 square feet into two 2,400 square feet rooms or 4 - 1,200 square feet rooms


Kitchen

Our 600 square foot kitchen is included when renting the entire ballroom. It comes equiped with two commercial grade dishwashers, Ice makers, 2 microwaves, stove, grill , oven and access to freezer and refrigerator.


The Art Studio

The Art Studio is 675 square foot room with running water and lots of windows. This room can accommodate up to around 25-30 people and best used for small baby showers, birthday parties or similar get togethers.


Conference Room

Our 400 square foot conference room is perfect for meetings or parties for 5-20 people. It offers a variety of audio-visual equipment (additional cost) and is equipped with a coffee bar.


Deposit $400.00 (security deposit)

"Certificate of Liability" and uniformed security officers are required for all rentals serving alcohol.
