Genealogy Jingle

Genealogy Group meets the first Tuesday morning each month.
August 3rd at 10:00 a.m.

August can be the hottest month, I think.
I often kick back and have a cold drink.
I go to swim in The Center's pool,
Or stay inside where the air is cool.

I've a suggestion to throw your way.
Join us each month on the first Tuesday.
You can come and get out of the heat.
An air-conditioned room is where we meet.

If you're interested in family I have a lunch,
That you'd enjoy meeting with our bunch.
We all love to talk and share our quest.
We have speakers, play detective, and all the rest.

Like my second cousin Lulu used to say,
"We're all a bit crazy in the nicest way."
She's the one who married five times
And everything she said came out in rhymes.

Can you believe she's related to me?
That she appears in my family tree?
Oh gee! Not me! Can't really be!
Hope you'll join us. Remeber.... we're free!
